1. Purpose

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between YooY Land Inc. (“Company”, “we”, “our”) and users (“User”, “you”) in relation to the use of the YooY Land platform, YooY Wallet, YOY token services, website, and mobile applications (“Service”).

2. Definitions

The following terms used in these Terms are defined as follows:

  1. YooY Land
    A blockchain-based digital platform providing various services and community features based on the YOY token ecosystem.
  2. YOY Token
    An ERC-20 digital token on the Ethereum network used within the YooY Land ecosystem.
  3. YooY Wallet
    A digital wallet service for managing YOY tokens and other digital assets.
  4. User
    Any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Service.
  5. Account
    User identification credentials created for accessing the Service.
  6. Alpha Contract
    An extended governance and smart contract system used within the YooY Land ecosystem.

3. Effect and Modification of Terms

These Terms become effective upon being published on the Service or website.

The Company may modify these Terms in compliance with applicable laws.

Any changes will be announced in advance through the Service or website.

If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service.

4. Services Provided

The Company provides the following services:

  • YooY Wallet digital asset management
  • YOY token transfer and storage
  • Blockchain-based community services
  • Digital content services
  • NFT and digital asset transactions
  • DAO and Alpha Contract governance features
  • Other services provided by the Company

The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

5. Account Registration

Users may register for an account following the procedures set by the Company.

The Company may restrict registration in the following cases:

  • Submission of false information
  • Violation of laws
  • Risk of disrupting service operations
  • Any other case deemed inappropriate by the Company

6. Account Management

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account.

Users may be held responsible for:

  • Negligence in password management
  • Exposure of private keys
  • Unauthorized access to wallet credentials

The Company shall not be liable for damages caused by user negligence.

7. Digital Assets and Blockchain Services

The Service uses blockchain-based technology.

Users acknowledge and agree that:

  • Blockchain transactions are irreversible
  • Users are solely responsible for managing their private keys
  • Network fees (gas fees) are borne by the user
  • The Company is not responsible for losses due to blockchain network issues

8. Use of YOY Token

YOY tokens may be used for:

  • Accessing services
  • Purchasing digital content
  • Community rewards
  • Participation in DAO governance
  • Platform-based activities

YOY tokens are not investment products and do not guarantee profits.

9. Prohibited Activities

Users must not engage in the following activities:

  • Illegal activities
  • Hacking or system attacks
  • Interference with service operations
  • Account impersonation
  • Posting illegal or harmful content
  • Blockchain network attacks
  • Abuse of the Service

If such activities are detected, the Company may take actions including:

  • Account suspension
  • Service restrictions
  • Legal action

10. Blacklist Policy

The Company may apply a blacklist policy in the following cases:

  • Fraudulent activities
  • Abuse of the Service
  • Legal violations

Blacklisted addresses may have restrictions on token transfers.

However, recovery may be possible through VP (Virtual Person) or Valp (Validator Person) mechanisms.

11. Service Suspension

The Company may suspend the Service in the following cases:

  • System maintenance
  • Network failures
  • Force majeure events
  • Changes in laws or policies

12. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for:

  • Losses caused by user negligence
  • Blockchain network issues
  • Third-party service failures
  • Losses due to market price fluctuations

13. Intellectual Property

All content, technology, and intellectual property within the Service belong to the Company or its licensors.

Users may not use them without prior permission.

14. Privacy

The Company protects user information in accordance with applicable laws.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

6. Alpha Contract
YooY Land 생태계에서 사용되는 거버넌스 및 스마트 계약 구조를 포함한 확장형 계약 시스템.

제3조 (약관의 효력 및 변경)

  1. 본 약관은 서비스 화면 또는 웹사이트에 게시함으로써 효력이 발생합니다.

  2. 회사는 필요한 경우 관련 법령을 위반하지 않는 범위 내에서 본 약관을 변경할 수 있습니다.

  2. 다음의 경우 회사는 회원 가입을 제한할 수 있습니다.

  • 허위 정보를 입력한 경우

  • 법률을 위반한 경우

  • 서비스 운영을 방해할 우려가 있는 경우

  • 기타 회사가 부적절하다고 판단하는 경우

제6조 (계정 관리)

이용자는 자신의 계정 정보를 안전하게 관리해야 합니다.

다음과 같은 경우 이용자는 책임을 질 수 있습니다.

  • 비밀번호 관리 부주의

  • 개인 키(private key) 유출

  • 지갑 접근 정보 유출

회사는 이용자의 관리 부주의로 발생한 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.

제7조 (디지털 자산 및 블록체인 서비스)

YooY Land 서비스는 블록체인 기반 기술을 사용합니다.

이용자는 다음 사항을 이해해야 합니다.

  1. 블록체인 거래는 되돌릴 수 없습니다.

  2. 개인 지갑 키는 이용자가 직접 관리해야 합니다.

  3. 네트워크 수수료(가스비)는 이용자가 부담합니다.

  4. 블록체인 네트워크 문제로 발생한 손실에 대해 회사는 책임지지 않습니다.

제8조 (YOY Token 사용)

YOY 토큰은 다음 목적을 위해 사용될 수 있습니다.

  • 서비스 이용

  • 디지털 콘텐츠 구매

  • 커뮤니티 보상

  • DAO 참여

  • 플랫폼 활동 보상

YOY 토큰은 투자 상품이 아니며 수익을 보장하지 않습니다.

제9조 (금지 행위)

이용자는 다음 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.

  1. 불법 활동

  2. 해킹 또는 시스템 공격

  3. 서비스 운영 방해

  4. 타인의 계정 도용

  5. 불법 콘텐츠 게시

  6. 블록체인 네트워크 공격

  7. 서비스 악용

위 행위가 발견될 경우 회사는 다음 조치를 취할 수 있습니다.

  • 계정 정지

  • 서비스 이용 제한

  • 법적 조치

제10조 (블랙리스트 정책)

YooY Land는 다음의 경우 블랙리스트 정책을 적용할 수 있습니다.

  • 사기 행위

  • 서비스 악용

  • 법적 문제 발생

블랙리스트 주소는 토큰 전송이 제한될 수 있습니다.

단, VP 또는 Valp에 의해 복구될 수 있습니다.

제11조 (서비스 중단)

회사는 다음과 같은 경우 서비스 제공을 중단할 수 있습니다.

  • 시스템 점검

  • 네트워크 장애

  • 불가항력 상황

  • 법률 또는 정책 변경

제12조 (책임 제한)

회사는 다음 사항에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.

  1. 이용자의 부주의로 발생한 손실

  2. 블록체인 네트워크 문제

  3. 제3자 서비스 문제

  4. 가격 변동으로 인한 손실

제13조 (지적 재산권)

서비스에 포함된 모든 콘텐츠 및 기술은 회사 또는 해당 권리자의 지적 재산입니다.

이용자는 회사의 사전 승인 없이 이를 사용할 수 없습니다.

제14조 (개인정보 보호)

회사는 관련 법령에 따라 이용자의 개인정보를 보호합니다.

제15조 (준거법)

본 약관은 대한민국 법률을 준거법으로 합니다.
